In addition to Visa, Mastercard and American Express, I do accept checks and money orders, however, they must be received within 10 days of the date the order was placed. If they aren't received by then, the order will be cancelled and the items placed back into inventory. Orders paid by check will wait to ship until payment clears, which can be as long as ten days. If you need the order fast, please pay by money order or credit card.

Unless otherwise stated only one coupon, discount or promotion may be used at a time. All Gift Certificates expire 1 year from day of purchase.
SHIPPING:I ship USPS Priority Mail and UPS only. Products ship within 1-3 days of receipt of payment confirmation. I reserve the right to ship standard mail if the estimated shipping costs exceed the actual cost. You can check shipping before finalizing your order by proceeding to checkout, you will see your shipping total before you have to commit to the order. UPS takes up to 5 business days, Priority is about 3 days.
Inspection & Acceptance
We insist on quality products for our clients, and insure all shipments (except samples) for that reason. If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping, please keep the package intact just as it arrived, and call (248) 375-8007 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can file an insurance claim and have the order returned to our office OR picked up by UPS at no cost to you.
Differences in monitor settings and quality will affect the way colors appear onscreen. Take advantage of our sampling program in order to be certain that you are ordering the right color.
PLEASE NOTE: Color variation is inherent in the manufacture of glass tiles. Please inspect the entire contents of your order when it arrives to confirm color/shade consistency. If you have any concerns about theproduct you have received, please contact us.
It is important to order sufficient quantities to complete your installation in order to avoid dye lot differences. The industry standard suggests that you order 5% - 10% more than your square footage to cover drop-off when cutting around plumbing fixtures, etc. and to keep some amount in reserve from the same dye lot.
Installation constitutes acceptance.
International orders are handled a little differently than domestic orders. We try to incorporate the new USPS flat rate boxes wherever possible as they seem to be the most cost effective and we generally can fit 15 pounds or more in a flat rate box. Rates are $23.00 for Canada and Mexico and $37.00 everywhere else we ship.But please note, Int'l orders do not ship as quickly as domestic orders. Due to the need to create customs forms and the need to take a physical trip to the post office, those orders typically get collected over the course of a week and get taken to the post office in a group. The rest of our shipping gets picked up at our business location. If you are in a hurry, please email us and we will see if we can get it out even faster. But please remember, the int'l priority service is quite fast, so delivery does not take as long as it used to with airmail.
Shipping can be a real deterrent to ordering mosaic tile, and I never try to make money on shipping.
International Orders: I will accept orders from Canada, Great Britain , Australia and New Zealand. The rates are exact Airmail Parcel Post,Economy Parcel Post or Global Priority Mail.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept a return and refund you the purchase price minus any shipping fees through your original payment method. We need to be made aware of any anticipated returns by email within 3 days of receiving your order. After notifying us within 3 days, it must reach KP Tiles within 30 days of the date of the order. For backorders, the 30 day return time begins the day the order ships to the customer. KP Tiles reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any return order. Any unauthorized return within the 30 day period may be refused or charged a 20% restocking fee. An unauthorized return is any return where the customer has not called or emailed for an RMA#. If any order is returned after 30 days,we reserve the right to refuse the order or to apply a 30% restocking fee. If any order is returned damaged, we will assess an additional fee based of what is salvageable. This is necessary because at this point KP Tiles will have to issue a check for credit and mail it to the customer. All payment information expires from our system at 30 days with no way to issue a credit on the original payment method. This fee will increase as time passes at the rate 10% per week after the initial four weeks. Any order returned without prior approval after 90 days will be considered abandoned merchandise and no credit will be issued. KP Tiles will hold onto the merchandise for an additional 90 days if you would like to retrieve it. We will not ship back any order that has been returned against KP Tiles policies.
We do not take returns on custom orders or tiles that have been cut down at the request of the customer.
