SHIPPING:KPTiles ships domestic packages USPS Priority Mail or UPS only. Products ship within 1-2 days of receipt of payment confirmation. I reserve the right to ship standard mail if the estimated shipping costs exceed the actual cost. UPS takes up to 5 business days, Priority is about 3 days.

Shipping can be a real deterrent to ordering mosaic tile, and I never try to make money on shipping. For the most part, anything under 3 pounds is a better deal via priority and anything over is better via UPS. I am unable to put a shipping chart in this section because I ship by weight, which I feel is the most fair way to ship. I do not charge shipping based on order amount.

To determine what shipping method is best for you, put your items in your cart and begin the checkout process. You will be able to see shipping charges after you have placed your shipping info into the system, but you do not need to put in any payment information to see the shipping charges. Select a shipping method, view the charges, then you can use your back browser to return to the point where you select the shipping methods, choose another method and proceeed. This allows you to view shipping charges before placing an order.

In addition, approximately 90% of orders get revised(lowered) shipping charges. When the UPS tables over quote, KPTiles will go into your order and lower them to the actual shipping charges. KPTiles will never increase your quoted shipping charges without your knowledge.

International Customers

I ship to Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand and Australia and other coutries listed in the dropdown menu at checkout. The only economical way to ship internationally is by using the USPS flat rate boxes. We use those exclusively for our overseas shipping. We prefer the medium and large flat rate boxes for int'l as the small does not hold much for the price internationally. ***Please note, that even with the faster international methods of shipping, customs have been delaying packages well past their traditional timeframes. We ship as fast as possible, however, the time it takes at customs is out of our control.
