I keep going back to them because of the personal service they give. Kristen Phillips is the best. She always helps me out with my purchases since Im new to mosaics Ive emailed her a dozen times concerning what I should do, or what I should order and shes always honest and more than helpful and takes the time to really make ordering from her and great experience. She really takes a personal interest in her customers. Ive ordered a couple of item from another vender on a couple of items that she doesnt stock and it has not been a happy experience because I never get the items that I order and it seems to take weeks to get what was originally ordered. I dont have to worry about that with KPTiles, my last order was very large and it all came in just a few days. I never have to worry about not getting what I ordered. I must commend the service I have received from KPTiles, from now on they will be the only Mosaic Supplier that I order from. Im a mosaic beginner & they have showed me who I can trust to order from and the quality of their merchandice so far has been excellent. Overall my experience with KPTiles has been wonderful. Comments: Kristen Phillips went way beyond the expected Customer Service. I was both e-mailed and called while she was processing my order. She wanted to show me how to save a little money. After receiving my order, I e-mailed KPTiles requesting a rather unusual tile and Kristen gave me a competitor's web address as she did not have it in stock. If awards are given out for Fantastic Customer Service, Yahoo should be giving KPTiles a "Gold Medal".
